For my second Phoenix Fashion Week look I wanted something more classic that channeled my inner 60s girl ;) I know I always say this, but it is seriously a blast to be able to work with my sister... On our way to the event each night we just kept saying "Is this a dream?! Is this real life?!" There's nothing better than being able to work your butt off with your sister right by your side. Friday night, we took the night off and had other employees run our Phoenix Fashion Week booth.
Sometimes we're asked, what do you mean you have a booth? What do you mean you work so much? Actually, people ask this a lot. I will make a post soon about a day in the life of our work... But for Phoenix Fashion Week, along with attending the shows, we had a booth in their Style Villa. We set up booths at a lot of different shows selling Threads bracelets to the public and connecting with boutiques that carry us in their stores. We work basically around the clock so we can employ more kids who are trying to pay their way through college.
Okay, let's talk about our hair and make up for a second. I can't stop dying over Brooke's hair. It was insanely amazing. The cute girls over at The Beauty Mark glammed us up and I can't wait for the next event so they can do it again! We're obsessed with them now, and are forcing them to be our BFF's. It's totally normal. I loved my makeup and hair and need to learn how to do that bomb cat eye!
